I was delighted when asked by Juliann Bruce of Silly Bears to make a little dog to take part in her 'Homecoming Scotland Collection' Homecoming Scotland celebrates the 250th Anniversary of Scotland's National Poet, Robert Burns and there are four other members of the collection including a Rabbie Burns bear. The character of Bobby has been inspired by the story of Greyfriars Bobby, the Skye Highland Terrier who was famous for remaining at his master's graveside in Edinburgh for fourteen years until his own eventual death in 1872.
